RETURN POLICY
The idea listing fee you are charged is considered earned when your idea is listed on the website. We will, however, refund the listing fee paid if you notify us, via e-mail to ideas2sell@comcast.net, within 10 days of your ideas’ appearance on the www.ideas2sell.com website.

The fee paid for contact information to reach idea sellers is considered earned at the time the information is requested. It is not dependent upon a successful result once you've reached the seller. A credit, however, will be given toward a future purchase if you are unable to reach the seller either by e-mail, telephone, or regular mail.

PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We do not sell, loan, rent, transfer, or give away your personal information. Any personal information requested is for the sole purpose of communicating with you if necessary, and for the completion of your idea listing order. While using a credit card, all your information is processed through secure servers and web pages.

TERMS OF USE
Responsibility for the idea you send us is solely yours. We reserve the right to refuse to list any idea that we deem immoral, illegal, or inappropriate. This includes ideas that could be subject to patent, trademark, or copyright. The decision is at our sole discretion and not subject to review.

You warrant that you are the creator of the idea submitted, and you have done “due diligence” to determine that the idea is original, and not previously patented, trademarked, or patented. You agree to hold harmless www.ideas2sell.com, its officers, directors, agents, licensors, employees, and third party providers, against any and all claims resulting from a violation of these terms, including negligence or wrongful activity by you or any other person accessing www.ideas2sell.com using your account.

Failure by www.ideas2sell.com,  to enforce or exercise any right stated herein does not constitute a waiver of such right.
